Job Overview

The Influencer Campaign Manager will work as an account manager for end-to-end campaigns with clients; strategizing and executing campaigns. The role will multiple brands including the following: talent casting, creative campaign development, campaign management, and reporting.


Timeline

  • Time: May 2025 - April 2026
  • Hours: Up to 40 hours per week max (ability to request more time)
  • Monday - Friday
  • Sometimes Weekends

Account Management

  • Ability to manage multiple clients while maintaining a hyper personalized experience per client
  • Maintain high quality B2B client services
  • Be able to take initiative on client needs and always thinking ahead for them
  • Understanding full client needs and communicating that to the campaign team


Campaign Management - Talent Sourcing & Negotiations

  • Leverage sourcing tools and your own methods for curating influencers
  • Negotiate influencer deals and ability to have emphasize influencers when deal-making
  • Pass information to the legal team for them to develop agreements
  • Manage campaign communications and updates to the brand


Internal Team Collaboration

  • Sales Team: Ensure all Client needs are for Account Management
  • Creative Team: Ensure client messaging and goals are met through the creative messaging and creative that aligns for the client
  • Data & Analytics: Ensure all data and analytics.
  • Strategic Partners: Working with other agency, partners to support our campaigns.


Reporting & Analytics

  • Provide clients with mid-campaign reports & and updates
  • Analyze campaign data to determine campaign learnings and opportunities for new campaigns

 

Key Industry Knowledge

  • Understanding trends/goals of short form content and social media
  • Influencer marketing's impact on the advertising industry
  • Technology and Ai's impact on the industry


Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ Years of influencer marketing
  • 4+ Account management (influencer marketing, advertising, public relations, or any other adjacent advertising business service)
  • Ability to communicate to Client executives and senior leadership
  • Passion for advertising/marketing and how influencer marketing impacts the industry
  • Key eye for detail and ability to understand core client needs
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Ability to work remotely and autonomously
