W15 Collection is seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-oriented Influencer Marketing Executive to lead and manage influencer collaborations that amplify brand visibility across local and international markets. This role is pivotal in driving brand affinity and direct bookings through strategic partnerships with influencers that align with the unique positioning of each W15 property.


The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an eye for storytelling, and a deep understanding of influencer ecosystems across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and blogs. They must be able to assess brand fit, negotiate collaborations, and oversee content quality while managing multiple projects across a diverse hospitality portfolio.

Responsibilities


  • Influencer Strategy Development: Develop and execute tailored influencer strategies for each W15 property based on property USPs, target personas, and campaign goals.
  • Sourcing & Vetting: Identify, research, and build a pipeline of high-impact influencers and content creators (both local and international) that align with the brand’s tone, image, and audience.
  • Outreach & Partnerships: Initiate and manage outreach to influencers, pitch collaboration concepts, and negotiate deliverables, timelines, and usage rights.
  • Campaign Management: Coordinate all logistics around influencer visits including bookings, itineraries, and onsite experiences to ensure brand-aligned storytelling.
  • Content Oversight: Work closely with influencers to ensure content produced is on-brand and adheres to agreed-upon guidelines and KPIs.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance of influencer campaigns using engagement metrics, reach, and ROI — and provide post-campaign reports with actionable insights.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with digital, PR, and property-level marketing teams to align influencer efforts with broader campaign objectives and brand narratives.


Qualifications


  • 2+ years experience in influencer marketing, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or travel sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in managing influencer campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Strong network or working knowledge of key influencer talent in Sri Lanka and relevant international markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; persuasive and detail-oriented.
  • Understanding of digital trends, platform algorithms, and social media analytics tools.
