Job Title: InfiniBand Network Engineer – Level 9 (CM&T)

Location: Onsite – Ashburn, VA (Local Candidates Only)

Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced InfiniBand Network Engineer to design, configure, and manage high-performance InfiniBand network infrastructure in a dynamic enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in InfiniBand technologies, network operations, and performance optimization, with a proven ability to troubleshoot and secure complex network environments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 10+ years of experience in high-tech enterprise infrastructure/data center environments
• 5+ years of hands-on experience working with InfiniBand technology in enterprise or lab settings
• Deep understanding of InfiniBand architecture, protocols, and standards; RoCE knowledge is a plus
• Strong experience with InfiniBand switch, router, and adapter configuration and troubleshooting
• Solid grasp of network security principles and best practices
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) and experience with code repositories
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to various stakeholders
• Preferred certifications: IBTA, CCNP, or equivalent
