Job Duties
Excellent clinical knowledge and skill and the demonstrated ability to coordinate, delegate, communicate and problem solve; ability to evaluate both patient care and staff performance; ability to instruct & train patients and staff; complete and maintain current in CPR. Possess knowledge of Infection Control & Quality Assurance guidelines. Possess basic knowledge of computer software & have the ability to use the computer.
Minimum Qualifications
Must hold current State of Virginia RN license
Current BLS Certification required or willing to obtain upon hire
Skilled Nursing experience required
Current CIC (Certification in Infection Control) preferred or willing to obtain certification within 1 year of employment
Infection Control Preventionist Certification preferred or willing to obtain within 1 year of employment.
