Summary

Do you love babies!? We are looking for someone to join our infant/toddler team.

We are currently looking for teachers who have experience working in the child care setting, are qualified lead teachers, or are experienced and willing to get their CDA or other qualifications.

Experience with responsive caregiving is a plus. We are also willing to train anyone with a love for children and great work ethic!

Common Ground has been providing quality care and education in Reston for over 50 years.

Common Ground believes in fair wages! The position starts at $20 per hour and goes up to $25 based on education and experience.

Duties

Care and education of children ages 6 weeks to 18 months in our infant program.

This position will serve the infant room which requires the ability to be a member of a team who is focused on individualized care.

Hours for this position will be 9:30am until 6pm daily.
