Zoho is seeking a skilled Account-Based Marketing Manager to join our enterprise marketing team and drive personalized, high-impact campaigns targeting key accounts. The ultimate goal is to generate qualified leads for our outbound sales team. Job Summary: Your goal, in this role, is to drive new business, cross-sell and up-sell pipeline across Zoho's key industries and key accounts. You'll focus on building processes and strategies that will shape the ABM program. This role will be responsible for designing and executing account-based marketing strategies (1:1, 1:few, 1:many). This role combines creativity, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration with sales to accelerate pipeline growth and deepen account relationships. Key Responsibilities: Account Identification & Segmentation: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify target accounts and develop tiered account lists based on revenue potential, industry, and strategic fit. Personalized Campaign Development: Design and execute tailored marketing campaigns (e.g., email, webinars, digital, content) for specific accounts or account clusters, aligning messaging with account needs and pain points. Content Collaboration: Work with the content and creative teams to produce account-specific assets, such as case studies, whitepapers, or personalized landing pages. Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with ABM strategy, insights and materials to support account engagement and deal closure. Orchestration & Execution: Manage and build end-to-end ABM campaigns using Zoho's new Marketing Automation tool. Analytics & Reporting: Track and measure ABM performance metrics using Zoho CRM and Marketing Automation, delivering regular reports to the enterprise team. Technology Management: Part of this role will be pivotal in launching and managing Zoho's new ABM feature in the CRM. This will require collaboration with product teams to ensure the capability requirements are met. Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with sales, product marketing, and customer success teams to ensure ABM strategies align with broader business goals. Qualifications: Experience: 4-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, account-based marketing, or demand generation, preferably in the technology field. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Technical Skills: Proficiency with ABM strategies. Experience with CRM systems. Familiarity with marketing automation tools. Basic understanding of data analytics tools. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop targeted marketing strategies based on account research and insights. Collaboration Skills: Proven experience working closely with sales teams and managing stakeholder relationships. Analytical Skills: Comfortable analyzing campaign data and using metrics to optimize performance. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an knack for crafting compelling, account-specific messaging. Someone who thinks outside the box and gets creative when traditional ABM processes or strategies don't work. Compensation/Benefits: The salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per year. Permanent employees are offered competitive pay and a full suite of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as a company-sponsored 401k.
