• A gradual build-up of expertise in all aspects of operations management control (row material supply & industrial management control).
• Develop your network by being in regular contact with people from different business backgrounds: operational managers from different fields, management control teams in plants and at our BU Head offices.

This position is a real springboard to enable you to move on to one of our 270 Lactalis entities worldwide.

Your strengths

You have a Master degree in Management Control / Finance and at least 5 years' initial experience as a management controller in an industrial environment.

This experience has enabled you to master the fundamentals of business management (budget process, results analysis, monitoring of technical KPIs, etc.) and you are keen to position yourself as a genuine Business Partner.

You are demonstrating proactivity and leadership on a day-to-day basis and be keen to develop within a major International Group. As such, fluent in English is mandatory, an additional language is an advantage, and a first experience abroad would be a real asset!
