Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems, with the ability to read schematics and blueprints effectively. This role requires expertise in high voltage systems and familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC). As an Industrial Electrician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical installations and repairs are completed safely and efficiently within a construction site environment. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in industrial settings. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine layout and installation procedures. Troubleshoot electrical issues using logic controllers and other diagnostic tools. Ensure compliance with NEC standards and safety regulations during all electrical work. Collaborate with other trades on construction sites to ensure seamless project execution. Perform routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues before they become major problems. Engage in frame carpentry as needed to support electrical installations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Experience Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician or similar role within an industrial or construction setting. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, high voltage applications, and NEC regulations. Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical documents related to electrical work. Familiarity with logic controllers and troubleshooting techniques for industrial equipment. A background in maintenance person tasks is a plus, providing versatility on the job site.
