The Impact You’ll Make

1. Responsible for sourcing, supplier management and contracting across all non-product related goods & services for Versuni Greater China, including marketing services, IT (Services, Hard- and Software), Facilities Management, Travel, Logistics, Professional Services (including legal and HR consultancy), etc.…
2. Lead and improve the Indirect Materials and Services procurement activities to achieve maximum performance by actively using the sourcing network
3. Identify, qualify, rank and select appropriate suppliers, continuously optimize the supplier base (quality and number) towards lower costs and stronger partnership
4. Lead the negotiation process with suppliers
5. Monitor main outsourced products and services in order to improve efficiency, revenue and reduce total costs
6. Manage the 3rd party scoping, vendor evaluation, selection and request for quotation process to support the project team in the tender phase / quote phase, considering, costs, quality, installation, training, warranty lifetime service costs, speed, etc.
7. Monitor and analyzes supplier performance, following / using supplier performance feedback programs
8. Provide regular reports to demand side that brings visibility on value add and compliance
9. Act as first point of contact in case of risks related to the assigned supply base
10. Ensure cost control, flexibility, quality, delivery and long-term assurance of procurement objectives within the supply base are establish and achieved
11. Secure compliancy of the supply base to Versuni policies and carry out relevant risk management assessments.

The Skills and Knowledge You’ll Bring

1. Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree
2. 8 years’+ experience in a procurement related role
3. Good influencing skills in both internal and external stakeholders’ management
4. Proven track record in managing IMS strategy and operation
5. Fluent in English
