Flexflows can be easily customized and deployed for procurement, compliance, research and various other enterprise teams.

Flexflow team is looking for indie or freelance python developers to join their team part-time or full-time.

Technologically, this role involves frontier AI domains that are shaping the next generation of enterprise software:

• Flow Engineering - compose, operate and tune complex AI flows to create robust, reliable and accurate processes
• Document, Web, Vision, Audio & Code Flows - compose multiple LLMs, VLMs, vision and other AI models to handle complex process requirements
• Flowspy Framework - develop python frameworks with foundational abstractions of agentic programming for use by other enterprise AI developers
• Flow Serving - deploy AI flows in cloud and on-prem for handling enterprise workloads
  
  

The Ideal Candidate Would Be

• Python Developer of Developers - have non-trivial understanding of python software engineering, opinionated yet experienced take on Typing vs Pydantic, applied skills with software design patterns
• Tried to Build Python Frameworks - has tried or succeeded in building a python framework used by at least one other developer
• Built Projects with LLMs/VLMs - hacked, generated or built non-trivial agentic flows with LLMs and VLMs
• Knows Prompt Engineering & Tuning - has spent time on engineering and tuning prompts to realize that AI flow engineering is not just about LLM chaining
• Hungry and Foolish - hacked and spent time on projects just for the sake of learning and tinkering
• Reliable and Responsible - understands team execution principles of ownership, communication and delivery
