💰 c.£70,000 + Uncapped Bonus

Our client, a growing wealth management firm, are looking for an experienced Financial Advisor to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in financial advising, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage and grow a diverse portfolio of clients. You will be instrumental in helping clients build, preserve, and manage their wealth through comprehensive financial planning strategies.

Role & Responsibilities: 📋

• Provide strategic financial advice tailored to individual client needs
• Develop long-term relationships with clients, built on trust and consistent performance
• Conduct in-depth financial assessments and risk analysis
• Create, present, and implement customised financial plans, including investment strategies, retirement planning, tax optimization, estate planning.
• Monitor clients’ financial situations and make adjustments as needed
• Stay current with market trends, regulatory updates, and new financial products
• Meet and exceed sales targets and business development goals

Do you have the following to apply? ✅

• Qualified to Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) as a minimum but ideally Level 6 (or working towards).
• Minimum 7 years experience as a financial Advisor
• Must hold CAS and SPS
