About The Role

As we expand, we seek a passionate Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop scalable solutions that integrate technology with political analysis and campaign management.

Roles And Responsibilities

• As part of your work at Inclusive Minds, you could be tasked with one or more of the following roles
  
  

Responsibilities

• Development& Maintenance :
• Design, develop, and maintain the existing company's website, internal tools etc.
• Create user-friendly interfaces to present political data, insights, and campaign analytics.
• Back-End Systems :
• Develop and maintain APIs to handle large datasets, including voter demographics, polling data, and sentiment analysis.
• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to manage real-time data streams and ensure high availability.
• Front-End Development :
• Build responsive web interfaces using modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Ensure seamless user experiences for dashboards and client-facing platforms.
• Integration & Scalability :
• Integrate third-party APIs and tools for data scraping, sentiment analysis, and geographic mapping.
• Optimize systems for scalability to handle high-traffic periods during election campaigns.
• Security & Compliance :
• Implement secure coding practices to safeguard sensitive political data.
• Ensure compliance with local and international data privacy laws.
• Collaboration & Innovation :
• Collaborate with political analysts, data scientists, and designers to conceptualize and build impactful tech solutions.
• Research and implement new technologies to enhance digital campaign management.
  
  

Required Skills

• Front-End : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Back-End : Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or PHP (Laravel/ CodeIgniter/ Cakephp etc).
• Database Management : MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• API Development : RESTful APIs or WebSocket integrations.
• Cloud Platforms : AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for hosting and deployment.
• DevOps : Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker.
• Version Control : Proficiency in Git and collaborative coding practices.
  
  

Desired Qualification And Experience

• Experience in Data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js, or similar).
• Understanding of Indian political systems, election processes, and voter behavior.
• Exposure to tools for geospatial data analysis (Leaflet, Mapbox, or Google Maps API).
• Experience working with big data technologies (Hadoop, Apache Spark, etc.).
• Familiarity with machine learning models for sentiment and trend analysis.
