Inclusion Teaching Assistant | Secondary School | Immediate Trial | East London\n\nRole: Inclusion Teaching Assistant\n\nStart Date: ASAP\n\nLocation: E17, East London \n\nContract: Temp to Perm\n\nHours: Part Time / Full Time\n\nRate: £90 - £115 per day\n\nInterviews: Immediate Trial\n\nAt Remedy we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Inclusion Teaching Assistant who has experience working with SEN pupils or those with severe behavioural concerns. As an inclusion Teaching Assistant, you will be working in the inclusion hub within a mainstream secondary school.\n\nAs an Inclusion Teaching Assistant, you will collaborate with the classroom teacher and other education professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for the student.\n\nAbout the School:\n\nThis school is a flourishing SEN secondary school which has a main site and an inclusion site. You will be supporting those pupils who have been elected to study in the inclusion department for various academic/behaviour reasons.

\n\nThe ideal candidate:\n\nExperience working with students with behavioural challenges, preferably in an educational or special education setting.\nKnowledge of behaviour management techniques, positive reinforcement strategies, and de-escalation methods.\nAbility to establish rapport and build positive relationships with students, demonstrating patience, empathy, and understanding.\nStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.\nFlexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students and the educational environment.Requirements:\n\nPrevious child-based experience: A proven track record of working with children in an educational or supportive capacity.\nExperience with SEND: A solid understanding of and experience working with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.\nDBS on the update service: A valid Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check on the update service to ensure the safety and well-being of our students.\nPassion for education: A genuine enthusiasm for contributing to the educational development and well-being of young individuals.
