Position Description

The Inclusion Coordinator reports to the Director of Equity and Inclusion and is responsible for partnering with teachers in building inclusive, culturally responsive classrooms while collaborating with staff to provide professional learning aligned with district goals. The Inclusion Coordinator elevates student voices within our MTSS systems and helps develop curriculum resources that foster belonging and representation for all students.

Qualifications: (Please see attachment for full list)

  • Valid teaching license required.
  • Valid driver's license for travel between buildings.
  • BA Degree required.
  • 5+ years classroom teaching experience.
  • Coaching and professional development experience, preferred.
  • Restorative practice experience, preferred.
  • Proactive behavior management.
  • Classroom management principles and practices.
  • Instructional methods and practices.
