WORK ENVIRONMENT

Fujitsu is looking for ITILCO - Incident & Problem Manager to work at a European Institution in Brussels.


Knowledge & skills: a minimum of 4 years with some of the following:

  • Knowledge of ITIL Lifecycle V3/V4 is mandatory (Foundation)
  • Strong Incident / Problem Management skills
  • Good IT technical skills with fair knowledge on the application side (ServiceNow, Office 365, MS Windows, …)
  • Experience in business process modeling (ARIS BPM tool or equivalent)
  • Experience in IT Service Management suite of products


Certification:

  • ITIL v3/v4


Location: BRUSSELS


Languages: English fluent
