Job Description

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our Customer Services team. As an Inbound/outbound Customer Services agent, you will be conducting and receiving calls consulting customers and assist them with any questions related to the program or case.

Requirements

• You must have a strong phone presence and communicate clearly and with confidence in order to excel in this position. Additionally being a disciplined self-motivator with experience in planning and managing a daily business schedule is necessary.
• Strong oral and written communication skills .
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
