We are seeking a compassionate and results-driven Inbound Sales Specialist to join our growing team, specializing in Assisted Living Solutions. In this role, you will be the vital first point of contact for families and individuals navigating the complex decision of senior living. You will leverage your exceptional communication and sales skills to provide personalized guidance, detailed information, and empathetic support, ultimately driving move-ins and improving the lives of seniors.
✨Responsibilities:
Handle High-Volume Inbound Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to a high volume of inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and comprehensive information about assisted living options.
Employ a Consultative Sales Approach: Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand the unique needs, preferences, and concerns of each prospect, building rapport and trust.
Provide Expert Guidance on Assisted Living Solutions: Educate potential residents and their families on various assisted living facilities, amenities, care services, and pricing structures, tailoring recommendations to individual needs.
Guide Prospects Through the Decision-Making Process: Offer empathetic support and guidance throughout the decision-making process, addressing concerns, overcoming objections, and facilitating informed decisions.
Manage and Track Leads Effectively: Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and ensure timely follow-up, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Achieve and Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting qualified leads into successful move-ins.
Maintain In-Depth Product and Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and the specific features and benefits of our partner assisted living facilities.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize lead generation, conversion strategies, and customer satisfaction.
Adhere to Compliance and Ethical Standards: Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines related to senior living sales.
✨Job Requirements:
Proven Inbound Sales Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in inbound sales, preferably in the healthcare, senior living, or related industry.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, persuasively, and empathetically.
Strong Active Listening Skills: Ability to actively listen and understand the needs and concerns of potential residents and their families.
Empathy and Compassion: Demonstrated ability to connect with and support seniors and their families during a sensitive and important decision.
Sales Acumen and Closing Skills: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with strong closing skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using computers, phone systems, and other relevant technology.
Self-Motivation and Time Management: Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Customer-Centric Approach: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
Reliable Internet and Home Office Setup: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home office space.
