Grand Circle Corporation is hiring REMOTE?Traveler Support Counselors?to join our?April 14th, 2025,?class. As a Traveler Support Counselor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our travelers. Why Work With Us? Advise, book, and update airline reservations as necessary using code-based software. Communicate comprehensive information to travelers, including details about our products and policies. Compete individually while maintaining a positive team spirit. Demonstrate the ability to balance company values, key result areas (KRAs), and performance goals Qualifications 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment. 2+ years of remote experience required. Experience working in the travel industry is a plus! Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple computer systems High attention to detail Positive attitude and flexibility Remote Work Requirements: Must have hardwired internet (cannot use Wi-Fi) Landline phone This position is remote and requires candidates to be located in one of the following states:?Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington.
