Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated In-Home Behavior Technician to join our team full-time. This role involves working directly with children with autism and other developmental disabilities in their homes to implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in the client’s home setting
  • Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
  • Assist in the development and modification of treatment goals
  • Collaborate with the supervisory team and caregivers to ensure client success
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards of care


Qualifications & Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
  • Knowledge of behavior management techniques
  • Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with families and caregivers in a home-based environment
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Livonia, MI area
  • Background in social work, special education, behavioral health, or patient care is a plus
  • Ability to work saturdays


Requirements:

  • Driver’s License (Required)
  • Ability to commute to and work in client homes in Livonia, MI
