- Responsibilities:
- Participate in the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, and others.
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet client requirements.
- Develop and customize reports using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and other reporting tools.
- Create and modify HCM extracts, HDL (HCM Data Loader) scripts, and other data integration processes.
- Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware solutions.
- Mandatory skill sets
- Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware solutions.
- Modules: Absence, Time and Labour, Payroll, workforce planning, HR helpdesk, Oracle digital assistants, Oracle guided learning
- Preferred skill sets
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance of the HCM system.
