We are looking for an "Import Manager" to work in our company operating in the field of FMFC Company
Qualifications:
• Graduated from relevant departments of universities at undergraduate level,
• Having advanced knowledge of English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Min in import operation area. 5 years experienced
• Preferably with a minimum of 3 years of experience in food imports
• Experienced in customs legislation and customs procedures
• Preferably experienced in Ministry of Agriculture import applications and preliminary permits.
• Skilled in analysis and reporting
• Have problem solving, planning and organizational skills
• Able to use time management well, have developed work follow-up and results-getting skills,
• Able to use MS Office programs well
• Residing on the European side of Istanbul
• Male candidates must have completed military service.
Job Description:
• Opening orders abroad,
• Carrying out and tracking all correspondence regarding international loading, international transportation and customs clearance.
• Making and managing international transportation contracts with carrier companies
• Providing and checking the necessary documents for the import of the materials to be loaded,
• Insuring the shipments subject to import,
• Conducting tariff studies with the customs consultant for the products to be imported,
• Obtaining the necessary permits and documents for import, tracking them and updating them when necessary.
• Organizing the import of materials arriving at customs and their shipment to the warehouse with the authorized customs consultant,
• Control of import files coming from customs and transferring them to the accounting department,
• Following up foreign debts and payments,
• Carrying out banderol application and activation processes.
• Reporting department KPIs and performing root cause analysis on possible deviations, preparing action plans and ensuring that these actions are implemented.
• Making necessary reports regarding imports.
