We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to ensure accurate and timely HTS classification for import/export shipments. This role involves analyzing company data to identify compliance risks and process improvement opportunities, driving standardization across U.S. business units, and implementing automated solutions. The analyst will collaborate cross-functionally to optimize trade compliance processes and monitor key performance indicators to support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper HTS classification for all shipments
• Analyze trade data to identify risks and streamline processes
• Drive automation and standardization initiatives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize compliance activities
• Monitor KPIs and report findings to leadership
• Develop and enforce trade compliance guidelines and best practices

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Global Trade Management tools
• Strong knowledge of U.S. HTS classification
• Proven project management and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in MS Office; strong PC skills
• Ability to work independently
• Licensed Customs Broker preferred, but not required
