We’re currently seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our team and ensure success for our executive search clients.
Location: Bangalore, Delhi, Noida, Gurugram.
As an Implementation Specialist at Recruiterflow, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued users. Your main goal will be to ensure our customers derive maximum value from our platform and services, fostering long-term relationships and advocating for their success. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address client needs and contribute to the continuous improvement of our product.
This role will involve users across North America and Europe.
Responsibilities
Gain a thorough understanding of the software and tools utilized by our clients, devising optimal strategies to seamlessly integrate Recruiterflow with their systems.
Devise and execute strategies for importing existing customer data and digital assets effectively.
Comprehend client objectives and workflows to craft comprehensive Business Requirement Documents that encompass vital information and establish clear timelines for project milestones.
Lead the implementation and migration process, ensuring that clients go live within agreed-upon timeframes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation and migration phases, including managing integrations.
Proactively provide regular updates on project progress to clients and internal stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze key metrics and KPIs to assess the success of implementations and migrations.
Act as a bridge between clients and internal technical teams, conveying feedback, feature requests, and troubleshooting issues.
Identify opportunities for automation within implementation processes and collaborate with product and technical teams to implement automated solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or technology.
Mandatory 2-3 years of experience in implementing world-class products.
Capability to effectively handle multiple clients and projects/tasks concurrently.
Outstanding problem-solving and solution-oriented skills..
Strong proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
Understanding of the delivery and consumption dynamics of cloud-based applications.
Awareness of the distinctive features and challenges associated with SaaS applications.
Exceptional critical thinking abilities are advantageous.
Preference for professionals who demonstrate a commitment to timely execution.
Emphasis on quality focus and a proactive attitude towards excellence will be highly valued.
