With our mission to help law firms streamline their client intake process, we are looking for an Implementation Specialist to support our customers, promote account retention, and provide exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end implementation of various features
• Work closely with sales and customer success to understand customers’ needs and to ensure successful product implementation
• Become an expert in how the product functions
• Educate customers about product features and new functionalities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or other analytical fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with customers and internal teams

Preferred:

• Experience in Implementation, Customer Success, or Sales functions in SaaS

Compensation & Benefits:

• Estimated total earnings: $70,000-$75,000
• Base Salary: $50,000
• Bonus: Up to 10% of base, TBD in December every year
