Description
The Implementation Specialist will leverage project management skills, technical expertise, industry knowledge, and business acumen to collaborate with key stakeholders and deliver comprehensive start-up solutions for our customers across imaging and biomedical programs. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a seamless transition from project inception to field operations.
Requirements
Essential Functions and Job Duties:
- Support stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and transition of new or expanding accounts into field operations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain data accuracy and enable effective service delivery within Salesforce.
- Provide regular, detailed status updates to stakeholders regarding project progress and milestones.
- Identify and coordinate necessary resources to complete implementation tasks with timeliness and precision.
- Offer actionable insights and strategic recommendations for continuous process improvements.
- Facilitate clear communication by outlining the implementation delivery plan and ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
Role Competencies
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
- Experience with healthcare technology solutions, biomedical equipment, or imaging systems is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in data reporting tools and project management software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including strong skills in Excel

Education Or Relevant Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, information technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or a related field, preferably in healthcare, imaging, or biomedical industries.

Team members must meet all customer-specific credentialing requirements prior to onsite visits. This may include proof of vaccinations (e.g., flu, COVID-19, MMR, TB), completion of training modules, and other health or safety documentation, in accordance with vendor credentialing organizations used by many large health systems.
