Your Impact


As a Product Specialist (Trainer Implementation) at RMS Cloud, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our new and existing clients gain the knowledge, confidence, and skills to get the most from our industry-leading reservation system software. Your expertise will directly contribute to customer success and satisfaction, helping clients unlock the full value of our platform. Working closely with our Customer Success, Product, and Development teams, you’ll be at the heart of delivering seamless onboarding experiences that set our customers up for long-term success.


What you’ll be doing


  • Deliver comprehensive, high-quality training sessions to new and existing clients across all RMS Cloud functionalities.
  • Tailor training sessions to suit the technical skills and business needs of each client.
  • Provide training both remotely (via webinars/video calls) and on-site where required.
  • Support clients throughout the onboarding journey, addressing questions, troubleshooting challenges, and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Track training completion, monitor client progress, and report on readiness and any identified improvement areas.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to refine training strategies and continuously improve materials.
  • Stay updated on software updates and new features, ensuring training content remains current and aligned with the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with internal teams by sharing client insights to enhance product development and overall client experience.


What you’ll bring


  • Hands-on experience with RMS Cloud software or similar SaaS platforms.
  • A background in client-facing roles such as customer support, account management, training, or implementation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Proven ability to adapt training methods to suit clients with varying technical skill levels.
  • A customer-first mindset, with a strong commitment to ensuring client satisfaction and success.
  • Patience, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments, particularly with Customer Success, Product, and Development teams.
