Summary

Position Summary Implementation Specialist with strong experience in Health IT Systems implementation comes with a blend of client management, project management, process and product knowledge as well as strong analytical, communication and leadership skills. PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Accountable for all assigned personnel management activities, including overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned team * Good understanding and ability to explain care management business processes - Utilization Management, Disease Management, Case Management, Member Services and Appeals * Good understanding and ability to explain Medicare and Medicaid business processes * Establish and manage relationships with Client managers * Plan and manage all aspects of implementation of ZeOmega's care management software and integrating with EHR applications for large clients * Excellent knowledge of compliance and quality standards including NCQA, HEDIS and URAC * Manage a small number of concurrent implementations * Oversee large scale healthcare system implementations * Act in consultative role for clients * Lead and coordinate requirement gathering sessions, both at client and ZeOmega offices * Work with clients to identify and provide analysis on current client business process flows and determine detailed requirements to create future state business process flows * Accountable for detailed FRS documentation * Accountable for flagging and communicating requirements that are identified as 'out of scope' and work closely with Project Managers to support the change control process * Work with Project Managers and clients on planning and execution of key milestones and deliverables as it relates to the project * Work with and support Project Managers in Release planning. The Release Planning documentation will be worked on collaboratively by Project Manager and Implementation Manager * Actively participate in all release planning meetings and will be accountable to manage and coordinate on the client releases along with the Project Manager * Organize, define and manage the work activities of Business Analyst project team members * Coordinate all data analysis for software configuration and is accountable for the sign-off on all client configuration requirements * Plan and coordinate all the user acceptance testing phase activities * Provide Go-Live support (onsite/offsite) * Responsible for post go live analysis along with clinical consulting * Provide support to clients through demonstrations of standard software capabilities * Oversee and assist with the implementation of client reporting needs per compliance requirements * Contribute towards strategic planning management objectives * Performs other related duties as required and assigned * 5-8 years of experience in Healthcare, Health provider industry Education Bachelor's degree/ Master's degree with MBA (preferred) from reputed Univeristy with excellent English communication skills Skills TC - SDLC FC - Oral Communication FC - Written Communication BC - Dependability and Reliability PC - Jiva Product Knowledge DC - US Healthcare domain Knowledge BC - Time Management BC - Initiative TC-Integration: Web Services and protocols such as SOAP, JSON, REST, WSDL, WSO2 TC - RDBMS Such as MS SQL Server, Oracle/ T-SQL and PL/SQL queries TC-Reporting tools such as SSRS, Data Mart FC - Project Management Fundamentals Competencies BC - Collaboration & Interpersonal Skills FC - Analytical Skills FC - Client Focus FC - Consulting FC - Quality MC - Managerial Effectiveness TC - QA Techniques TC - Requirement elicitation, requirement gathering TC - XML 3 TC-Documentation - UML use cases, user stories TC-MS Visio, Visual Modeling Tools and Standards, BPMN 5 TC-Web Applications, Client Server based Applications
