Implementation Project Manager 6 month contract to hire Contract rate $50-60/hr Our cutting edge HealthcareTech client is seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager (PM) to join their team for an interim staffing coverage. This role has three key responsibilities: project leadership, solution advisory services, and process improvement. Responsibilities: * Lead implementation projects from contract execution to achievement of targeted customer outcomes. * Provide planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out activities for successful project delivery. * Manage internal and external communications, issue and risk mitigation, and coordination of activities and deliverables. * Guide customers on data collection, design decisions, and solution architecture. * Identify and execute process improvements within the implementation process. Requirements: * 3-5 years of experience managing the full lifecycle of technology implementation projects. * BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. * Experience supporting client process optimization and change management. * Proven ability to guide clients through operational changes. * Background in Software-as-a-Service project management. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Strong project management and governance expertise. * Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to escalations. Preferred Experience: * Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute (PMI). * Healthcare IT/Operations experience. * Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., SmartSheet, MS Project). * Experience in use case and requirements definition.
