The Implementation Manager is responsible and accountable for the successful management of all aspects of product implementations for multiple solutions and successful customer adoption of solutions in order to deliver identified return on investment for medium sized multiple site facilities.


You Will Be:

  • Ensuring the successful completion (on-time and on-budget) of high-quality solution implementations that meet or exceed customer expectations while ensuring timely revenue recognition.
  • Managing multiple complex projects and customers through the successful implementation of Craneware's tools to achieve expected process improvement and return on investment.
  • Monitoring adoption of product(s) for assigned customers 18 months immediately following implementation to ensure successful adoption as demonstrated by established KPIs/benchmarks introducing corrective action if data reflects poor customer usage to drive customer to improved performance.
  • Involving assigned Customer Engagement customers to assess, develop and execute an action plan to achieve successful adoption as demonstrated by established KPIs/benchmarks.
  • Setting and managing customer expectations to maintain adherence to the contracted scope of work and to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Developing, maintaining and executing the project timelines for all projects utilizing the standard implementation documentation with internal and external customers to achieve agreed upon delivery dates providing periodic status reports to customers, management team, and colleagues.
  • Identifying project gaps and customer issues and consults with manager to identify resources necessary for the overall management of issues through resolution.
  • Actively participates in the refinement and implementation of internal processes and procedures based on customer feedback to support Craneware in customer relationship management.
  • Managing the acquisition, analysis and exchange of required customer data to ensure timely project progression and adherence to established policies.
  • Serving as subject matter expert and identifies successful customers to partner with to develop content for the Learning Management System (LMS).


You Will Bring:

  • Educated to Bachelor Degree
  • 5+ years’ experience in relevant healthcare industry discipline (Supply Chain, Pharmacy, Revenue Cycle or Pricing )
  • 2 years’ experience leading multiple projects that include stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills, aptitude for metrics and the ability to draw conclusions based on data
  • Strong collaboration and conflict resolution skills
  • Exceptional leadership and verbal/written communication skills
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
  • Highly accountable and results oriented
  • Demonstrates a high level of commitment to superior customer satisfaction
  • Able to cope varying volumes of work
  • Broad understanding of the functionality of Craneware products
  • Broad understanding of hospital revenue cycle operations
  • Ability to educate, train and mentor internal and external stakeholders
  • Microsoft Office – ability at intermediate level
