We are seeking a highly polished and results driven Implementation Manager to lead and coordinate client onboarding and deployment of our ShiftMed products with our partners. As an individual contributor reporting to the EVP, Acute Partnerships, you will serve as the critical liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless implementation of services and driving project success from kickoff through post-go-live support.
This role requires a strong background in healthcare implementation and project management, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects while delivering superior client service.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new client accounts and service expansions.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, ensuring clear communication, alignment on goals, and timely resolution of issues.
- Guide and influence internal and external timelines to align with client readiness and strategic priorities.
- Provide white glove customer service, ensuring a professional, polished experience for all client interactions.
- Collaborate cross functionally with sales, product and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively, maintaining focus on client satisfaction and project success.
- Prepare and present project updates, status reports and post-implementation reviews to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Ensure effective and thorough onboarding of HCP’s.
- Respond to portal technology requests, inquiries, and concerns promptly and graciously, with a client-centered mentality and appropriate discretion, as needed.
- Demonstrate meticulous accuracy and the highest caliber of work.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare or health tech implementation roles.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.
- High level of polish and professionalism in written, verbal, and client facing communication.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Ability to influence and guide both internal teams and external partners on timelines and project expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent.
- Experience in a clinical setting is strongly preferred.
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills required.
- Familiarity with labor and employment laws is preferred.
