We empower healthcare providers to focus on what matters most - delivering care. Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Implementation Manager to join our team. As an Implementation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful integration and deployment of our SaaS solutions within healthcare facilities and organizations. Key Responsibilities * Project Management: Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met according to client expectations. * Client Engagement: Service as clients' primary point of contact during the implementation phase, understanding their needs, and proving expert guidance to align our solutions with their requirements. * Training and Onboarding: Develop and conduct comprehensive training sessions for client stakeholders, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization of our software. * Customization and Configuration: Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to customer and configure our software solutions to meet specific client needs while adhering to best practices. * Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address any implementation-related issues or challenges, providing timely resolutions to maintain project momentum. * Documentation: Create detailed documentation of implementation processes, configuration, and client-specific requirements for future reference and improvement. * Cross Functional Collaboration: Working across multiple departments (Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering) to ensure successful implementation and deployment of new products. Requirements * Experience: 3+ years of experience in software implementation, preferably within the healthcare industry or healthcare SaaS. * Project Management Skills: Proven track record of successfully managing complex implementation projects from initiation to completion. * Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey project information clearly and concisely. * Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with healthcare software systems and ability to comprehend technical concepts for effective communication with development teams. * Client-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients while understanding their unique needs. * Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze issues, think critically, and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment. * Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team and across departments. Adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
