We are seeking an experienced Implementation Engineer to manage and execute technical projects that involve integrating customer data into a cloud-based solution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data technologies, project management, and excellent communication skills to engage effectively with senior IT professionals and internal teams. Proficiency in French is required for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform initial data extraction and transformation for new clients using proprietary tools.
• Plan, execute, and deliver projects while ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks, addressing issues with effective solutions.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Coordinate technical teams for the successful implementation of solutions.
• Monitor and report on project progress and outcomes.
• Document and manage data mapping requirements, consulting internal experts as needed.
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.

Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, particularly in technical or engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with customers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in French (spoken and written).
• Experience with ERP systems and related business platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Familiarity with supply chain or manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of data pipeline engineering.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site customer implementations.
