Summary

The Implementation Manager's responsibility is to analyze, document, and deploy complex software/biller integrations to external customers. Implementation Managers must use skills such as project management, as well as knowledge and professional experience of payments technology and regulations to complete all assigned integrations efficiently. The Implementation Manager role requires a combination of configuration knowledge, project management, technical analysis, QA, and client-facing activities. Responsibilities: * Analyze the integration type (Scope) o Work with IT and product development to have a full understanding of the project o Complete internal and biller questionnaires of all configuration items * Perform configuration within the CRM • Work with billers (customers) to demo and review configurations * Ensure accuracy of items impacting payment transactions (invoice types, system settings, terminal activation) • Submit integration coding forms within Jira • Submit bill presentment Jira • When required, develop and complete delivery/project plans * Execute delivery/project plan and all assigned tasks on time • Support customer QA and UAT * Maintain and support ongoing communication with stakeholders • Maintain an excellent relationship and open line of communication with IT, sales, billers, software partners, and all members of the Operations team. * Coordinate all activities related to bringing a client live including IT, Marketing, software and printing partners, CS, training, and the biller (customer) Required Knowledge and Skills: * Support external clients implement technical systems of medium to advanced complexity * Configure systems to integration specifications and to support business needs * Define and execute delivery plans * Testing and QA of systems set up * Support training and end users during implementation * Excellent written and verbal English communication skills * Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to achieve results as part of a high-performing team, and ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task under deadlines * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) * Good interpersonal skills * Positive attitude and willingness to learn Travel Requirements: * Up to 25% of travel required Education and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in a related discipline * Project Management training preferred * 3- 5 years' experience in a related role / field * Experience working at a SaaS company, or within finance/payments • Insurance industry knowledge preferred Benefits: We offer a competitive benefits program including: * Medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance * 401(k) plan with company match * Flexible Time Off (FTO), wellbeing days, paid holidays, and summer Fridays * Mental health resources * Paid parental leave & Backup Care * Tuition reimbursement * Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
