What you'll do

  • Planning, coordination, and implementation of customer projects in the area of service setup (e.g. Fax, Email, SMS, SCI, ICS, IDP, etc.) in close cooperation with team members
  • Process-compliant (e.g. ISAE 3402) configuration and activation of services, including end-to-end testing and handover to the customer
  • Project coordination in collaboration with the customer
  • Close interaction and knowledge exchange with related departments and colleagues to optimize performance, service levels, and share best practices
  • Management of internal and external project communication
  • Validation of customer requirements and the implemented technical solution within the project scope
  • Close cooperation with project management


What you'll need

  • Completed education or studies with an IT or technical background, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical environment with direct customer interaction
  • Strong communication skills, a high degree of customer orientation, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Analytical thinking, a precise and quality-focused working style, and a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Very good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site customer assignments


Desirable qualifications (a plus, but not mandatory):

  • Additional background in communications technologies and services
  • Experience with LAN/WAN support and troubleshooting, including protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, VoIP, Palo Alto firewalls, proxies, Notes, and general network configuration
  • Knowledge of additional languages such as German, Italian, or French
