Role and Purpose
This position reports to the Head of Solutions and is remote, with up to 10% travel for company events.
You’ll play a crucial role in transforming customer goals into reality. Enterprise clients often seek solutions to reduce payment processing fees, which touches multiple departments—from sales and finance to IT and legal. You’ll solve these challenges by creating both technical and non-technical programs, providing tailored solutions, and acting as a trusted consultant.
Responsibilities:
- Assist integrators during development, answering API and payment-related questions and guiding successful implementations.
- Own the certification process to ensure integrated solutions meet all technical, compliance, and performance requirements.
- Work with QA to ensure testing reflects real-world integration scenarios.
- Develop deep expertise in the company’s APIs and the broader payments landscape.
- Gather integrator feedback to enhance documentation, SDKs, and support resources.
- Work closely with teams across the organization to drive improved integration experiences and product evolution.
Requirements
- MUST HAVE - 2+ years in systems integration, technical support, or similar role in the payments industry
- Strong understanding of credit card processing, tokenization, and PCI compliance
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, authentication, and troubleshooting
- Skilled at bridging technical and non-technical requirements, with clear communication
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects
- Proactive, organized, and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, accountable, and curious
Nice to Have
- Experience at a startup
- Familiarity with Postman, API testing tools, and monitoring systems
- Some coding knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
- Prior experience certifying or QAing payment integrations
