该职位来源于猎聘 技术服务工程师为我们的客户提供理想的技术解决方案和技术支持。协同项目经理,技术服务工程师需要在售后阶段设计技术方案,推进对接项目进展。技术服务工程师需要具备一定的技术背景,解决复杂的客户技术对接,解答客户技术难题。此外,必要时也需要协助销售在售前阶段为客户提供技术咨询服务。 职责描述: 1. 熟悉公司的产品和解决方案 2. 与客户技术团队沟通,推进客户与**********平台的技术对接 3. 解决对接过程中遇到的技术问题 4. 与项目经理协作,推进项目整体顺利进展 任职要求: 1. 1-3年SaaS产品技术支持经验 2. 本科及以上计算机科学或信息系统相关专业背景,熟悉JS和API接口开发优先 3. 有相关技术支持工作经验,技术对接项目经验者优先 4. 学习能力强 5. 良好的人际关系处理与沟通能力 6. 中文(普通话)与英文会话能力 Implementation Engineer manages providing ideal technical solutions for our clients. Working along with the OSMs, this role designs technical implementation plans and proceeds integrations in the post-sale phase. This role should have a certain technology background, able to resolve complex integrations and answer clients’ technical questions. Besides, this role also should be able to provide technical consulting service for prospects in the pre-sale phase, collaborating with Sales. Role Discription:
Be familiar with company's products and solutions
Communicate with clients’ tech teams, proceeding clients’ technical integrations with***********
Troubleshooting during technical integrations
Collaborate with OSM, pushing forward clients’ onboarding projects Role Requirements: 1. 1-3 years experience supporting SaaS products
Bachelor degree or above in computer science or information systems, familiar with JS and API development is preferred
Experience of technical support or technical integration projects is preferred

Chinese (Mandarin) and English communication
