Worth AI is seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy Implementation Engineer / Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this dual role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the successful deployment of our innovative AI technology within the FinTech sector while also supporting the post-sales process.
In this position, you will manage the implementation process and coordinate cross-functional teams to effectively meet our clients' needs. Working closely with sales, customer success, and technical teams, you will develop tailored project plans, assist in showcasing our solutions, and ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation process for newly acquired clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical insights during the post sales phase
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to meet client expectations
Create and deliver technical product demonstrations tailored to specific business needs
Coordinate with internal teams to address technical questions and provide necessary support throughout the implementation process
Conduct customer training sessions and develop support materials to facilitate the adoption of our solutions
Gather customer feedback post-implementation and relay it to the product development team for ongoing enhancements
Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements in FinTech and AI to inform project strategies
Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to identify upsell opportunities, pinpoint training gaps, and create materials for client support
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience in implementation, preferably in software or startup environments.
Technical skills in SQL, Node.js, and React, manual QA testing; must be able to code and provide QA testing as needed
Understanding of AI technologies and their applications in the FinTech industry
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Problem-solving aptitude and a customer-centric mindset
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus
