Title: Implementation Engineer Location: Orlando Reports to: VP, Implementation FLSA Status: Exempt Position Summary The Solutions Architect at Andor Health will lead the design and delivery of comprehensive software solutions for our clients. Working within the Implementation department, the incumbent will collaborate closely with clients and project managers to ensure successful project execution. This role is pivotal in shaping the direction of projects and aligning them with client objectives. Responsibilities Deploy and configure software solutions based on client requirements Work with internal project delivery teams to understand the requirements Conduct tests to ensure software solutions are operating per client requirements Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the implementation phase Provide solutions based on client requirements Qualifications Experience in the healthcare industry is required Previous experience with EHR’s, such as Epic, Athena, NextGen is a must Experience with the SDLC development lifecycle and software development methodologies Strong programming skills in SQL, C#, .NET, Java, JavaScript Experience in HL7, FHIR and Restful API’s Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field Proven experience as an Implementation Engineer in a software development environment Proficiency in software development methodologies, programming languages, and frameworks Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities Effective in fast-paced, collaborative team environments Preferred BS or BA in Computer Science or related discipline Previous experience in a similar role at a software development startup The preceding functions may not be comprehensive in scope regarding work performed by an employee assigned to this position classification.
