Salary: 85k-90k
Travel Requirements: Must be able to travel up to 80% of the time.
Position Overview
The Implementation Engineer is responsible for the successful deployment and integration of software solutions into client environments. This role involves collaborating with clients to configure systems according to their requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and providing ongoing support during and after the implementation process.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure databases and systems to meet client specifications
- Facilitate integration of software solutions with existing client systems
- Perform software upgrades and ensure compatibility with current configurations
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the implementation process
- Document system configurations and integration processes for future reference
- Train clients on system usage and features post-implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in database configuration and system integration
- Strong understanding of software upgrades and system configurations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Rights/Permissions management is a plus
