Our London-based Fintech client is a market leader in cloud-based lending, and they're looking for an experienced Implementation Director to onboard new customers with their SaaS product, whilst overseeing a large cross-functional team.

This role will be centered around ensuring customer satisfaction, enhancing customer experience and driving operational excellence.

You will have:

• Significant experience delivering large scale, and complex enterprise SaaS implementations
• Financial Services/Fintech experience
• Experience in a Customer Success role (or similar) with a focus on customer success and NPS
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and 3rd party vendors
• Ideally worked in a regulated environment such as FCA

3 days a week in the London office is required
