Help Businesses Work Smarter — Not Harder

As a part of the Xpower Group, Hypercharge, we support both small and large companies in simplifying their operations using workflow automation. Our in-house no-code platform is designed to turn chaotic business processes into structured, scalable systems.

We’re looking for a Technical Implementation consultant who can sit with clients, understand how their business works, and then turn those insights into smart, digital workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys untangling complexity, mapping out processes, and turning business needs into working software — without writing a line of code.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Understand the business: Work closely with clients to analyze their existing workflows across departments like sales, service, or logistics.
  • Design better processes: Translate those workflows into logical, scalable solutions in our no-code automation platform.
  • Run implementation projects: Lead projects from initial analysis to rollout — including documentation, testing, user training, and support.
  • Collaborate deeply: Work with our internal dev and product teams to report bugs, request new features, and improve the platform.
  • Build long-term impact: Many projects continue to grow after the initial phase. You’ll help onboard new business units and support evolving client needs.

What You Should Bring

  • A strong analytical mindset and the ability to break down complex business processes.
  • Affinity with no-code tools like Salesforce, Make.com, N8N, Zapier, Monday.com — ideally with admin-level or super-user experience.
  • You have a good understanding of data modeling.
  • Words like JSON, array, object, webhook or HTTP call are not unfamiliar to you, and if they are, you are happy to add them to your repertoire
  • Clear, structured communication skills — both for client-facing work and internal teamwork.
  • A background in business, IT, or engineering, or relevant on-the-job experience in similar environments.
  • A proactive attitude — you're comfortable owning projects, asking the right questions, and pushing for clarity.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, French and other languages are a bonus.
  • Willingness to work at least 3 days a week in our office (the rest is flexible).

What Kind of Company Is HyperCharge?

We’re a SaaS company: we develop and operate our own no-code automation platform. Our tool is already being used by major brands, and we’re now scaling rapidly across Central Europe with plans to expand internationally.

Right now, we’re in that sweet spot: big enough to have impact, small enough for everyone to make a difference. We work agile, move fast, and keep things lean and collaborative. The team has a young, entrepreneurial mindset — open, honest, and always ready to iterate.

We're at a tipping point: product-market fit is there, the client base is growing fast, and the next stage is all about scaling — think: more marketing power, international onboarding, and adding a few great people to help us pull it off.

If you want to be part of something that’s still taking shape — and help steer it — this is your moment.

As a last remark, no need to Google us or check our website — we know it's terrible. It’s a one-pager we slapped together between onboarding two clients and shipping five features. Priorities, right?
