They are seeking a highly communicative and analytical individual to join their Customer Success team where you will be delivering enterprise SaaS solutions to major banking clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Training and guiding customers to adopt best practices that our platform offers.
• Gather client requirements and convert them into documentation and deliverables for internal teams.
• Solve business needs by using capabilities offered on our platform.
• Perform configuration and testing in our application to meet client requirements.
• Be a responsive stakeholder, liaising between Clients, Project Managers, Product Owners, Developers and other stakeholders to support the delivery of projects.
• Become an expert in our application, so that you are a go-to for knowledge on how the application works, both for our customers and for our internal teams.

A successful candidate will:

• Be passionate in delivering value-added products to help customers succeed.
• Have great communication and interpersonal skills. You need to be comfortable operating in a B2B model discussing technical details with customers.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• At least 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-facing, technical role, either as a Technical Business Analyst, Implementation Consultant, Developer etc., ideally working for a SaaS provider.
• Familiarity working with technical integrations (API’s, etc.)
• Be a problem-solver and a self-starter who can work effectively in a dynamic working environment.
• Nice to have: It is beneficial to have a banking/financial services background, and/or experience in Statistics/Financial mathematics.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of C# would be beneficial and/or the ability to read and write basic code.
