Role Title: Implementation Consultant- ADP Lyric HCM

We are looking for an experienced Payroll professional to join our growing ADP Lyric HCM Implementation Team.

Reporting to the Operations Director, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):-

• Consulting with clients to define their requirements.
• Managing full implementation lifecycle.
• Anticipate, identify, and mitigate potential risks.
• Conduct post implementation reviews and share learnings for continuous improvement.

This role will be located in our Mulgrave Head Office.

Please note: Our Head Office location will be changing to Cremorne in August 2025.

Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote).

To be considered for this rewarding opportunity, you will have:-

• Strong Australian payroll knowledge and experience.
• Demonstrated experience within an Implementation environment (preferred).
• Strong stakeholder management and customer service / client facing consulting experience within an Implementation / Service Delivery environment.
• Highly effective communications skills (both written and verbal).
