An Exciting opportunity exists for an Implementation Consultant to join an Organisation that has shown great success in the BI and Analytics space.


Due to an increased demand for the company's products, they are experiencing unprecedented growth.


We seek a Detail-oriented and Client-focused Implementation Consultant with experience in software implementations, ideally within a finance or ERP environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional who thrives on problem-solving and enjoys working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.


The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering tailored software solutions to clients, ensuring smooth implementation, configuration, and ongoing support.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead end-to-end implementation of finance ERP monitoring solutions for clients, ensuring successful delivery on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
  • Analyse client business processes and requirements, and configure software solutions to align with their specific needs and objectives.
  • Perform data mapping, migration, validation, and system integration using SQL and other relevant tools to ensure accurate and seamless implementations.
  • Provide comprehensive post-implementation support, including user training, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure client satisfaction and system adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with product, development, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction, solution effectiveness, and timely issue resolution.
  • Document functional specifications and maintain accurate project records, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the implementation process.


To be successful, you will possess the following key attributes:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in software implementation, ideally with finance ERP systems.
  • Proficient in SQL, including querying, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of financial workflows and business processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to self-manage and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams or in a client-facing role.
