About the Role
Join a dynamic team delivering powerful financial software solutions to global clients. As an Implementation Consultant, you’ll combine your mathematical skills with business analysis and tech expertise to streamline processes and drive smarter decision-making in the world of asset management.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee the implementation of our financial software for a wide range of clients
- Analyse and re-engineer clients’ business processes to improve automation and reduce risk
- Design and configure custom software packages based on unique client requirements
- Collaborate with the development team to suggest and test new features
- Lead data migration and system upgrade projects
- Write and execute automated software tests
- Support clients throughout UAT, Go Live, and post-deployment stages
- Deliver hands-on solutions that drive real value in operational efficiency
🎓 What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years’ experience in fund administration, fund accounting, or unit pricing, ideally with some technical exposure (e.g. writing reports, querying databases, or improving systems)
- Strong numerical and problem-solving abilities, demonstrated by:
- A degree in a maths-heavy discipline
- An A or B1 in Honours Maths (Leaving Cert)
- 400+ Leaving Certificate points
- Clear interest in IT and software, with an aptitude for learning new systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise in fast-paced environments
- Strong team player who can also take initiative independently
✨ Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with SQL and/or advanced Excel
- Interest in investment markets
- Exposure to project management practices
