Your Mission:

As an Implementation Consultant, your mission is to make our customers successful from day one. You will lead the onboarding process, configure initial implementations, and build trusted relationships with new customers to ensure they achieve rapid time-to-value.


You’ll work closely with our product and sales teams to ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience - helping them roll out HINDSITE effectively across their team and operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead onboarding and implementation projects for new customers, from kickoff to go-live.
  • Deliver training sessions and help customers integrate HINDSITE into their existing operations.
  • Work hands-on with customers to configure their platform setup and tailor it to their unique needs.
  • Support proof of value (POV) trials and help prospects experience the value of HINDSITE.
  • Act as the customer’s internal champion and collaborate with our product and support teams to resolve challenges and identify opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term success and expansion.
  • Contribute to documentation, knowledge bases, and onboarding playbooks.
  • Attend industry events and customer site visits to support go-lives and gather insights.


Our Ideal Implementation Consultant:
  • Experience in customer success, onboarding, or implementation - ideally with a SaaS or digital product.
  • Confident communicator who can build rapport with technical and operational teams.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable leading product training sessions both in-person and remotely.
  • Passionate about helping customers succeed and confident working across varied industries.
  • Experience working with industrial customers, OEMs, or field service teams is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with software tools like Intercom, Monday.com, HubSpot or similar.

What Does It Look Like?

In your first month, you’ll:

  • Shadow onboarding sessions and learn the ins and outs of the HINDSITE platform.
  • Start supporting configuration and onboarding sessions with customers.


By your third month, you’ll:

  • Independently run onboarding projects and lead customer training sessions.
  • Build strong working relationships with product and sales team members.


By your sixth month, you’ll:

  • Own the onboarding journey for customers from start to finish.
  • Lead customer go-lives, refine onboarding processes, and support customer growth.


Your background may include:
  • A background in consulting, implementation, or field-based software rollouts.
  • Experience in a CS, onboarding or support role and looking for more ownership.
  • Working in tech, industrial services, or product-led roles.
