Summary

Our imaging services are growing rapidly, and we are seeking a Project Coordinator with a focus on Logistics within our Imaging department!

Responsibilities

  • Configuring and Programming of MCL devices (ECG, ABPM, Imaging, Laptops) per study and software requirements.
  • Logistics processing: documentation, packing and shipment of devices - OUS and US.
  • Communicating with study teams regarding programming, shipping, including customs, brokers for OUS shipments.
  • Coordinating device returns, refurbishment, site close out.
  • Organization of device inventory and related supplies
  • Managing inventory software system

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (required),in health sciences/related field
    • Knowledge of ECG/Imaging devices preferred
  • Team-player with great communication skills, detail oriented and well organized, strong time management skills and ability to multi task to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
