Summary

Your activities

  • Create and implement a roadmap for IIoT solution adoption in alignment with organizational goals and industry trends.
  • Determine which solutions to target and work with sales on how to bring them to market
  • Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to provide input for scalable and cost-effective solutions.
  • Work with cross-functional teams in the successful launch of IIoT solutions across various departments and production lines.
  • Work with IT and Engineering to ensure smooth integration of platforms, devices, and technologies.
  • Continuously assess and improve IIoT solutions to ensure maximum performance and efficiency.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (such as operations, IT, production, and business leaders) to understand needs and ensure the solutions align with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Provide training and support to sales organizations to ensure the effective launch of IIoT solutions.
  • Stay current on industry developments, competitors, new technologies, and best practices in IIoT to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work with sales to determine participation in speaking or showcasing events
  • Work with local teams to establish pricing and inventory levels
  • Assist in resolution of customer problems as needed

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Info Technology, or a related field required.
  • 5+ years of experience in IIoT, industrial automation, or related technology fields required.
  • 2 years in a managerial or solutions-focused role required.
  • Strong knowledge of IIoT systems, platforms, and communication protocols.
  • Experience in systems integration, project management, and software/hardware management in an industrial context.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure) and data analytics tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical
  • stakeholders.
