Overview

The IIM Project Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of IIM projects and working closely with customers, internal stakeholders and team members to manage, plan and deliver transformative projects in the Enterprise Content Management space. Excellent communication skills and experience managing complex interdependent projects are the keys to success in this role. You will act as the primary interface between our clients and our team to ensure projects are completed successfully, delivering the agreed objectives, on time and on budget. You will be responsible for be managing team schedules, tasks, deliverables, issues, risks and project scope.

Responsibilities

  • Functions as the trusted advisor and customer liaison as it pertains to your assigned projects
  • Manage project implementation teams and ensure accountability to project goals, tasks, schedules and budgets.
  • Develops project plans consisting of a work break down structure of tasks as well as manages the pre-production issues and change orders, as required.
  • Author project status reports and conducts project status meetings
  • Identify, document, and mitigate project risk factors
  • Escalate and facilitate resolution to technical issues through our professional services team.
  • Maintain project scope control and, in collaborations with our sales team, facilitate a change control process as necessary.
  • Ensure customer expectations around functionality, schedule and budget are aligned with documented requirements, project plans and cost estimates and facilitate collaborative resolutions to misalignment.
  • Develop the work break down structure of tasks required to implement and deploy an approved IIM solution.
  • Develop project plans and maintains them in the Case / Project Tracking System.
  • Provide weekly project updates to clients, ensuring client portal and project status reports are accurate.
  • Collaborate with Professional Services Directors and other IIM Engagement Managers on staffing needs and resource leveling.
  • Orchestrate, moderate and publish post project reviews with the Customer, Sales and Professional Services.
  • Adheres to Konica Minolta's Professional Services project management methodology while satisfying/ exceeding predefined service delivery metrics
  • Communicate regularly with Konica Minolta/IIM Administration to ensure product and licensing procurement/ delivery are in alignment with approved SOW's and associated project plans.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Four-year college degree or satisfactory completion of a technical curriculum from an accredited computer school and/ or equivalent work experience required
  • Two years or greater Project Management experience
  • Two years or greater experience managing IIM deployments (Content Management, RPA and/or Advanced Capture desired)
  • PMI, Six Sigma or other recognized PM Certification Desired
  • Formal PMI certification is required to be completed within 6 months.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead ad hoc project teams consisting of resources with varying skillsets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to execute within a team structure
  • Strong technical Implementation and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to solve technical problems
  • Ability to create process documentation Visio experience preferred
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook)
