Job Title: IGA Developer (Identity Governance & Administration)

Job Mission:

As an IGA Developer, you will be a key player in the development and configuration of our IAM IGA tools. You will own the technical design of IGA within our IAM environment, providing technical leadership in development, application onboarding, and automation based on standardization. This role involves guiding an offshore team and working closely with the IAM Product Owner, Scrum Master, IAM Domain Architect, and other IAM DevOps team members within our Agile Release Train.

Main Responsibilities:

• Own the technical design of IGA within the IAM landscape.
• Validate and implement functional and non-functional requirements for application onboarding into the IAM solution, aligning with business and IT principles.
• Provide high-level effort estimations for solution implementation during sprint planning.
• Develop and configure new functionality according to IAM architectural principles, company IAM strategy, and standard IAM processes.
• Drive standardization and automation.
• Actively participate in SCRUM events.
• Coordinate and validate the realization of designed capabilities and functionalities.

Stakeholder Management:

• Ensure timely and clear communication, sharing information and knowledge.
• Share responsibility and leverage the expertise of others.

Requested Skills:

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience with Identity & Access Management.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience with IGA/SailPoint or similar tooling, with a focus on application onboarding.
• Scripting/Programming experience (Java, Beanshell, JavaScript).
• Strong integration experience with SailPoint (LDAP, web services (REST/SOAP), SCIM, Database, SaaS applications (Okta), Workday, SAP Suite, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure, Linux servers.
• Knowledge of and experience with entitlement/authorization management processes.
• Good communication skills for interacting with application stakeholders.
• Experience working in an Agile team.
• Ability to identify improvements in test and development processes.
• Sound understanding of security technologies, best practices, and 1 security policy frameworks.

Personal Skills:

• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Highly motivated and able to work effectively under minimal supervision.

Education and Certifications:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a technical area, computer science. Security knowledge is a strong precondition.
• Valid industry certifications (TOGAF, ArchiMate, CISSP, CISA, CISM) are a plus.
• Valid work permit for The Netherlands.
• Agile and SAFe certifications are a plus.

Context of the Position:

• Collaborate with peers, the Scrum Master, and the Product Owner on operational planning and progress within the IAM team.
